You should,
Add an airport
Add a bridge between the gta 5 map and Ugase City

@SpockOnMedicine yes. this mod only changes the backgrounds on the loading screen, nothing else.
@ambiguousgaming you can, you're just installing it wrong. drop the .oiv file in openiv and click on ''install to mods folder'' then click confirm. i know your comment was from some months ago, so i don't know if you already installed it right.
