I find it odd that people are running into a pattern issue. I have no issues even with a chunkload of mods. Maybe you have incompatible mods or broken mods that break it, or your missing something.
@CreatusBR if your not going to install much cars and stuff and mods, use for elss mods, but if your gonna install lots of cars, mods, etc like me, use more mods.

Why you can't put "Dynamic" is because you might've used custom doors, I'd recommend using the apartment ones as it matches really well with this
