can someone help me i keep crashing everytime i try to start gta it won't even start it up it takes a long time to load and then it crashes please can someone help

@lucasvinbr it started working again for some reason i had to install the atm and bank robberies mod and everything fixed it self but now im getting 14 fps

well seems like this mod just stopped working for me entirely and idk what to do i tried to reinstall it several times but it doesn't work its like i never installed the mod in the first place and it was working for me a while ago

the mod works for me its just that there are no gangs in the areas but like everything else seems to be working fine i can create my own gang and the gang members actually spawn in its just that rival gangs are not on the whole map i even sometimes get a notification saying a rival gang has arrived but as soon as i check my map there are no rival gangs see look https://i.gyazo.com/da31cee3975f5bac1a9b528550f58546.png
