@mitto_backup you can edit the maxCoexistingGangs value in your modOptions.xml to set the "target" number of gangs in the game. In order to limit the area the gangs can control, you should remove the zones from TurfZoneData.xml (I'm not sure, but I think there's a remove button in the shift+N menu too)
@rickeyrabbit@iyhatori does it also create new saves if you start the game with the new generated file? Like, does it always happen no matter what you write in gangData.xml?
If it doesn't happen with the new file, it's likely that the los santos gang files are no longer compatible

@daytimeplayer9 hmmm do you have a scripthookvdotnet.log file? It should have some info on what's going on. If you don't have the log file, it could be a folder permission problem. Do other mods that require scripthookvdotnet work fine for you?
@Bellum 1- deleting (or renaming) the gangData.xml file should remove all existing gangs, making new ones spawn when you star the mod again
2- use Shift+B when the custom ped is in front of you (or change your own skin to be the custom ped and use shift+B with no one in front of you) and then pick the option to register the ped for your gang
3- I think there's an option for removing peds from other/all gangs in the Shift+B menu... but anyway, for adding to other gangs, there's an "add to enemy gang" option there, where you can pick any gang to register the selected ped to
@69343453103912 hmmmmmm that's pretty weird... Are you using the latest version of scripthookvdotnet and the game? Maybe the numbers represented by the weapon hashes have changed or something like that.
Does the mod succeed at saving and loading the generated files it creates after failing to load those from the "all gangs" addon?
@iyhatori is it still not working for you? Is it the whole mod that doesn't work or just one of the features? Do you get any errors in your scripthookvdotnet.log?

Shift + B - Open contextual registration menu: gang member registration when on foot and facing a pedestrian, vehicle registration when inside a vehicle
N - Check current zone name and ownership
Shift + N - Open zone controls menu
Ctrl + N - Toggle between zone blip modes (show nearest 5, show all, show none)
Aim at friendly member + H - Add/remove member to/from group (he will follow you around)
Aim at friendly vehicle + H - Make the vehicle back you up (come to you and drop passengers if you're on foot; escort you if you're inside a vehicle)
Aim at friendly member + J - Take control of target member (the armor bar represents the member's health) / return to protagonist
Spacebar (when controlling a member that has been killed) - Take control of nearest member
