Found answer myself the plate is designed as one with the car body itself so to remove it i have to edit every vehicle file itself and delete plate one per file to much work not going to do that thou.
Hi awesome mod. Do you know how to disable very annoying thing in gta v i am talking about instant vehicle explode when you jump a little bit of the ground and land vehicle on side or on roof, it such freaking stupid feature , i tried to play a bit in handling meta to disable some damages but didn't find anything that would stop this, if you know how to disable this horrible feature would appreciate response, thanks. ps i don't like trainers i always getting bored very quickly if i engage god mode it's just not fun i just want to disable this little horrible feature without using god modes thx .
Finally managed to launch the mod what i did wrong is that i placed ScriptHookVDotNet.dll into scripts folder as i was told by this mod . do not place the ScriptHookVDotNet.dll to scripts and if you add it then delete it (its only needed for developers, for using mod its not needed) you only need put ScriptHookVDotNet.asi , GTZ.dll , NativePI.dll into main directory of course ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll known as asi loader. And stuff from here too https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net .

awesome wheels man, but how do i replace the existing teal brake disc to black disc ? it's just not matching if car not painted all in teal.
