I made this because i was sick of holding down E for different siren tones

ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds. what this means pretty much
is instead of pressing E to activate police lights and hold or double press E to use different sirens instead it deactivates that key and
replaces it with 3 others J to activate the lights G to activate the primary siren (1,2,3,4,5,6 control different tones) and K to activate different
lighting patterns if you have police cars made specifically for ELS (This pack Isnt its just modified to use the same functions)

I have not edited the car in anyway just made a ELS .xml for its lighting system
