Now, i know that some other modders have released something like this in the past, but their versions, from what i saw, just make the "Obey & Survive" font smaller, but fixed, than the original version. This version here, doesn’t! This "mod" will just correct this text issue, without touching the font dimensions or stuff like that;
Nothing more, nothing less.

sorry, I asked you a question:
so what did you change in the _hi exactly?
@ReNNie oh yeah sorry, so, non-mapped vehicles (the defalut game vehicles that have a livery), have some areas arround the body, so, in the texture dictionary the sheriff livery for example has the "SHERIFF" text only once, but arround the car the text "SHERIFF" appear 4 times (front, back and right and left sides) so, what i did, is take the "Obey & Survive" area and expand it... that's pretty much all... i guess... and it works... look :)
No offense, but don't see the point in not using mapped vehicles anymore.
@Swed1431 Nothing, is just non mapped, like the original model... that’s all...
I agree with Swed, best fix is to replace the police slot with a better model, Vx5's, 11john11 and many more authors did it. So many good replacement staniers in this site.

Finally, now I can run over the pedestrians-
Well, it turns out that only the higher poly model is bugged, and that the higher poly model that you provided with this fix is actually the lower poly model (also including the low-res interior), and has the same file size as of the lower poly one. Once again, this was some error the modellers did, when they didn't map the texture correctly.
