I remember that you find yourself encountering a similar problem on the yacht Amels200.

@alebal I have the same problem with some boats. I believe that if you change the handling, solve it.

@RsMods I installed some of you boats but the moment they land on water, they start twitching. Th inly boat i got no problem are the sr650fly and some smaller boats. When it comes to your yachts, they start twitching the moment they land on water. Please help.

@RsMods Love the design. You've got a whole section below deck with nothing in it that could have an engine room or whatever that's going to waste. I'm sorry there's no other boat in the game to base off of than the 'Tug'. A yacht that size wouldn't handle or sound bad as the tug in the game. Long as it's sitting at anchor in calm waters, it's a dream. Piloting it in anything more than level 2 seas is awful and the engine noise degrades from the wonderful design. Still an excellent effort despite the game's crap limitations!

@RSMods Fantastic mod. If I'm not mistaken, this is the boat Steve Jobs designed. Great work!

So there are only 3 problems with this. Master suite towards the bow doesn't have a bathroom though there is an unused area where it could go, the pool water is a solid floor, and it has that big empty bottom deck which could be used as an engine room/crew area. Don't get me wrong, I do love this giant super yacht but it does feel a tad unfinished.
