@BoostedTupperware yea actually at the time when i posted that comment it seemed openiv's website was down and their servers so thats why i think i coudnt install it but thanks.
when i try to download OpenIV it redirects me to their website but then i get this error on the website :
Server Error
500 - Internal server error.
