@Rippler I wasn't trying to make fun of your mod. I'm sorry if it sounded that way. I love realism/weapon mods, I was just saying this one wasn't for me due to my experience.
Didn't really enjoy this all that much. The grenade launcher becomes pretty OP. The recoil system is also odd. For some weapons, it's fine. For others, the recoil is far too heavy. For others, it feels lighter than vanilla. There's also some sort of bug with using this during the Prologue mission, which causes it not to load. Tested it twice. The AI uses many of the most recoil-heavy weapons and as such becomes very inaccurate, making firefights too easy.
For those wanting a manual installation: download this, extract the OIV installer, then open it was 7zip or .RAR. You can then extract the files and install them. An official update for manual installs is definitely needed though since OpenIV installs OIVs outside of the mods folder.
So I do enjoy this mod quite a bit, but I have noticed that it seems very "slow" behind the player. I have perfect performance and it may be the other script mods I use, but this one seems to lag behind what happens. For example, I got shot three times and it took about 3-4 seconds for the injury effects to begin. I crashed and flew out of my car and skidded along the ground, several seconds passing before I "went into shock" and died.

@Rippler Glad to see you handle criticism so well.

Manual install please.
What nacho said. This is fine in theory but it only works on one ped per game. :(

Removes the Pause Menu clock for some reason.
Manual install please.
Also, it's not even appearing in the Scrtipt Hook log.
