@Suzerain001 For the previous comment, you can toggle filters/effects with the EffectEnable and EffectScreenEnable settings in the ini file.

@Bripizza @LBGdyx You can now toggle the mod with Right Arrow and NumPad 2 in the latest version (v2.3.0).

@elsanhoty @mynameismud @Dfrahn22 Hello! This might be an issue with system time, changing TimeSystem to false in the .ini file may solve it.

@defiant The CopsRemoveEvaded setting also enables that.

@Suzerain001 I have tried the 'Slow Motion/Bullet Time Toggle 1.3' mod and it seems that it forces the game to run at regular speed every tick when slow motion is inactive, therefore overriding any other mod that tries to change it.

For screen effects, you can modify the Effect (Timecycles - https://pastebin.com/raw/kVPwMemE) or EffectScreen (PostFx - https://alloc8or.re/gta5/doc/misc/animpostfx.txt) settings in the ini file.

@Yukikaze Thanks for the feedback, issues with the EnemiesOnly setting should be resolved in v2.2.1.
