@Suzerain001 I have tried the 'Slow Motion/Bullet Time Toggle 1.3' mod and it seems that it forces the game to run at regular speed every tick when slow motion is inactive, therefore overriding any other mod that tries to change it.
For screen effects, you can modify the Effect (Timecycles - https://pastebin.com/raw/kVPwMemE) or EffectScreen (PostFx - https://alloc8or.re/gta5/doc/misc/animpostfx.txt) settings in the ini file.
@thalilmythos I did some testing and couldn't replicate any framerate drops, can you let me know if it's specific to the new time measurements? Toggling the TimeSystem setting should restore the last version's behavior.

@Bripizza @LBGdyx You can now toggle the mod with Right Arrow and NumPad 2 in the latest version (v2.3.0).
@elsanhoty @mynameismud @Dfrahn22 Hello! This might be an issue with system time, changing TimeSystem to false in the .ini file may solve it.
@defiant The CopsRemoveEvaded setting also enables that.
