@juniorbuckets2303 That's how Rockstar coded muscle cars in the game, it's a special ability for the muscle class. I didn't change that, except maybe removing it from a few muscle cars, I think.
@SirDigby I've played through the story multiple times with no issue (besides the Derailed mission, as mentioned in the description). It says right in the title that it's a handling & damage mod. This was just a personal project that I released for anyone else who might be interested. I've gotten requests to make separate versions for realistic & scaled top speeds, damage & no damage, compatibility with countless other mods and more that I can't remember. There are over 700 cars in this game and each one is edited manually, there is no script. Now multiply that by 5 or more to have all these different versions. And then every time an update occurs, I have to change each version as well. I made this for fun and I work full time so I'm not spending unpaid hours on that. You can use Notepad++ and Find & Replace every instance of engine damage & collision damage back to 1.0 if you really want to though.
@Thanoszucc They're not random cars, they're new Ballas cars. All the gangs got new cars added to them in appropriate gang colors.
@bobiscool07 I have added over 310 new customized vehicles to the spawn points Rockstar created. However, I cannot control the spawning variety. If you're not referring to customized vehicles, it's not caused by this mod.
@cadillacfleetwood Look in the readme file for reverting taxi colors, the park ranger ("PRANGER") works the same way, just change the color to white (number value: 111). Are you using my optional traffic edits? That adds DLC vehicles, but in a realistic way, so special & rare cars are not as common in traffic. If not, there's no effect on variety. The script could be conflicting, but I don't know anything about scripting or how yours works so I can't say.
@Janus_ Only base game motorcycles are supported right now (and a couple random DLC bikes I happened to mess with). Bike physics were fucked up somehow by Rockstar and they just covered it up by disabling traction loss, literally gluing them to the ground. Enabling traction loss reveals the wonky physics underneath and I did the best I could. The next update will have revised bike handling.
@sentientshiite No, you only need ENB for cabin deformation.
@NikoTheGopnik I'm not sure what you mean, all cars created by Rockstar are affected (and only the base game bikes). Any add-on vehicles you download from this website would not be affected.
@ISEE-3 You would also need the vehicles.meta
@That1DutchGuy Try this gameconfig: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
