@lipskamafia you are the first personne to experience this problem i cant help you if i dont know how you are running gta with mods and every thing. i have a fps loss too but nothing serious like a drop from 60 to 2 fps, seems like the problem is comming from you.

@tall70 the particles as they are now have kind of an impact on the pc fps, so imagine applying this on the whole map, for your first question yes it is possible to auto activate the storm on a specific weather, and i will do that in the next update its a good idea thanx..

@UltimaA380 try to do a openiv search for elegy2_mods.rpf and delete every .ytd and .yft file you find in there with a backup of course.

@House Rushton thank you appreciate it, concerning the red blood color & green radioactive color you can change the particles color (RGB) , check the readme/ tip.

@lipskamafia yes it is expected to be an fps loss on mid/low end pc's due to the amount of particles, try to use an fps booster.

@Yukinono that would be nice but i dont think we can come out with more than a user can do by combining our mods.
