Downloaded it as stated but the only tag that shows is the VLA one in the alley by the church, the Ballas mod works fine though, aside from that looks fire! Not sure if I did something wrong or if it's just a bug.
Morningwood would have been a good location too, maybe some Aztecas in some of the cheap looking apartments down there since they don't seem to get much love in the game.

This mods dope, but I noticed that the Carson Avenue's have a black bandana around their neck with no textures, not sure if I did something wrong.
