This makes the weapon inventory work just like in previous gta's, any weapon of the same type overrides the previous one, at game start, at character switch, and when you pick a new weapon up.
USAGE:
-Just start the game up, you will only have one weapon of each type, just like in previous gtas like IV and San Andreas.
-Weapons which are picked up from the ground will also replace your current weapon, so I recommend useing something like this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/manual-pickups-hkh191

Installation:

So you mod made a checkpoint when detect the weapon right?
on that checkpoint can you check add checklist for store the weapon name of MK2 or DLC weapon that dissapear after re-load savegame? and add it back?
Save weapon and ammo and add it back it weapon is mk2 or DLC that remove after savegame?
I've been waiting for a Mod like this for Years (there's probably been something similar around) but this will be my go too~ Great Work~
@xxeennxxeeii47 So you basically want to be able to save online weapons right? Might do it, since I don't currently like most of the options I have for that right now, but it would be another mod, not in this one.
@HuskyGamer Pickups 5.6 (google it for some reason is not here anymore) has been the one to do something similar to this forever, it actually adds a new weapon wheel with less weapons, there's also an option to have only 3 weapons too, The only issue I have with it is not story missions friendly, which is why I made this.

@thalilmythos Yes that right!, First if player select to hold MK2 weapon, and when reload savegame, the weapon is gone and that cause real painful, If you mod can really save the weapon and ammo to .txt file or else when reload savegame it can give them back it very good idea.

The mod for make all firearm weapon not instant-hit!!!, replace them with real bullet velocity!!! the code is very simple
1. Set all firearm that instant-hit to not
2. Find the class of weapon, smallarm, shotgun, rifle, sniper
3. Give bullet velocity speed to them
that we make this game like battlefield 6 fill the bullet velocity!!!

nice addon! it's just that when i buy a new gun in ammunation, it just deletes the old gun in the same category, which is a waste of money. i hope you'll fix it soon!
also, the weapon disappear when replaced, and alot of times the weapon doesn't replace the slot too
