You will get a wanted level if a cop sees you armed with a weapon in public, because excercising your first amendement doesn't mean you don't have to keep your weapon concealed.

@thalilmythos Which weapons does this work for? I have Weapons are scary but I think some DLC weapons dont work with that mod.

@Starfox1993 Now it works properly, cops see you, you get wanted, it's simple, before it wouldn't, also every dlc weapon applies, also, you used to get wanted while using the phone, that's fixed now.
@thalilmythos Nice, think in the future npcs could phone the police too if they see you?
