Your character can take a passerby hostage or drag Dead Body.
The environment will react to your crime.
You can stun a hostage, shoot him, throw him over a fence, attach a bomb to him and control the hostage. A bomb can be detonated stationed.
You can adjust the number of Health and Armor of the hostage to increase his life expectancy in a shootout.
Missions Peds are locked for capture. Settings in the .ini file.

@ziomek1 u has conflict with another mod... try to remove scripts mods one by one and find which has conflict problem.

Ok so I have removed the mods folder and all of the scripts yet Npc's still push me away? Any ideas on what the issue might be?
