Adds DLS lighting setups for Nacho's Unmarked Buffalo SX release.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Dynamic Lighting System - DLS [RPH]

INSTALLATION:
Drag & drop the .xml file into "/plugins/DLS".
NOTES:
1. Nacho's release already comes with a realistic LAPD lighting setup for the game's standard siren lights. I have only modified this to include stages 1 & 2 as well as a traffic advisor.
2. DLS is currently bugged when it comes to custom taillight and headlight lighting setups and therefore only allows the two to flash at the same time. Due to this, there's no custom flash pattern for either of the two to mimic the LAPD's.
