I think you need to up the contrast a little, looks like the shader's doing most of the work. But otherwise this looks like a legitimate albino African-American.

Anyone remembered the astronaut from Iron Sky? that´s just like what happened to him lol, interesting mod, reminded me of this Iron Sky movie, it fits well if you wonder what would be like if Franklin was an albino.
