First you need to install skin control mod from this link
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/skin-control

Second after you intalled the mod just take the ini file from the archive and put it in your gta directory
then launch the game press f10 and go to load and loud skin
DONE- you have the skin

im sorry, whats the point in this?
@jakubbplw like other skins, they're just presets for your skin-control (like it says in the description). The point is you can set your character to look like this. Maybe that's not something you want to do, loads of mods like that on here ;)

why wont people just make their own instead of downloading it? because these are covering the actual mods that people are spending so much money and time in
