@jedijosh920 @krissboo Actually that song was about the character, or Ice Cube, fantasizing about having a good day for once in South Central. So in the story in it doesn't really happen. Which kinda makes it a sad song.

@Pedge I'm not sure about that dude, as Ice Cube was quoted as saying this about the tune "The inspiration was my life at the time ... I was at the top of the rap game. It was the summer of ’92 and I was in a hotel room, really in a state of euphoria. I had all the money I had dreamed of. I was in a good frame of mind. And I remember thinking, ‘Okay, there’s been the riots, people know I will deal with that. That’s a given. But I rap all this gangsta stuff—what about all the good days I had?" So maybe it really was a good day for him at that point in time ;)

@krissboo There was still a mess of violence on his good days because well whos gonna fuck with Ice Cube?, it was him having a daydream if it was good for everyone in the hood.I guess were overanalzing. And I'm too white to be doing it lol. :P
