This mod changes some lighting on all vehicles.
What it changes:
-Interior lights are now red.
-Rear plate lights are now red.
-Door lights are now bright white.
-Dash lights are now white.
-Neon lights are brighter.
Installation:
1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the update folder and open update.rpf.
3. Go to common, then data.
4. Drag and drop the file, then close the archive.
You're done!

Dude such a cool mod, however the lights glow under car doors only work applied on some vehicles.
Can you make colored headlights ?
