wanna reduce the traffic of GTA 5. This is the mod for you.
this file allows you reduce the traffic in gta 5.
Installation:
First launch open iv then go to:
GTA5/Mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data/
Paste the gameconfig.xml file in data folder.

that's all you're done.
