I downloaded and installed Reshade (https://reshade.me/) for my GTA 5.
-What this file does
My intention is to bring out the settings to show a more realistic feel. These were tested on my Ryzen 5 2500U, 8GB ram, 4GB VRam PC. Resolution was tested in 1600-900 and running smoothly on HDU-L, with only slight lag when using HDU-M. It gives a more realistic feeling, and may even make the gameplay feel better when used on more advanced PCs. (With higher specs, though it's merely speculation)
-Why I made these
I did so because I didn't want to alter the game files in anyway. Bare in mind, I haven't tested these online, and I do not know if using these online is possible without ban. I plan to test it, though I find it to be risky and may re-consider.
-HDU-L
Low settings. What I plan to use for my current PC. Recommended for low GPU's
-HDU-M
Medium settings. What I plan on using when I get a more advanced PC. The more smoother option, with more effects and such. Recommended for PCs more advanced than mine.

@tWixXy16 Download the file, extract with winrar (if you don't have winrar, download it by googling it), place in the root folder of GTA 5 (root means where the .exe to launch the game is). Make sure that you have RESHADE downloaded and installed (just open the file, choose the game to install reshade). Then simply load the game, press 'home' key on your keyboard, and it should show the panel. To change between the shaders, click the left or right arrow near the top left of the Reshade menu. HOW TO INSTALL?
YOU PUT FILE IN GTA 5 ROOT and you have to use reshader to load it up - no reshader = it wont work
