Hello friends (read description)
>>whooooo, hey guys, Nowadays everyone wants a great rare modern house so here it is, one of best my mods ever made by me, i love this mod so far, it is placed near lifeguard office area near beach. It offers many things and many things to be added in v2.0
Plz check at night for waterfall and personel hometheater

@ Small unique waterfall
@ 2 small modern bedroom
@ 1 drawing room
@ 1 lounge area at 1st floor (u can see wats going on the busy roads)
@ 2 balcony at 2nd floor
@ 1 personel hometheater (here u can enjoy movies and serials)
@ U can park over 5 cars in house
@ 1 Helipad
@ 1 gym area
@ Space for toilet area at top
@ Modern kitchen
@ Relax area at top
@ Working garage

>>INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
> Go to my mod copy rare house 1 & rare modern house file and paste it in gtav main directory
> Run gtav open mapeditor by f7/ load map/ others/ search for rare house 1 & rare modern house file xml and load it.
> I provided another file for only carz if u want, go to gta v directory/ menyoo/ spooner/ and paste it here.
> Run gta v open menyoo by f8/ spooner stuff/ manage saved file/ carz/ load placements done u will be teleported.
Run gta v and enjoy
>>Never modify and upload my mod on any other site however u can make video for youtube but give credit and link of my mod in the description

i found no bugs.

@Torreto612 Actually, I was talking out of my ass, LOL. Seems ME2YM can convert directly from Map Editor files (I actually remembered it the wrong way: it was Menyoo spooner file support that was added later).
This file has been approved automatically. If you think this file should not be here for any reason please report it.
Make it a Menyoo map, and I'll look into it. :) Seriously, Map Editor is obsolete.
@meimeiriver Menyoo map does't load all props it gives error as too much prop(1000props) is used

@Torreto612 That's a new one: Map Editor being able to load more props than Menyoo. :) Anyway, can you at least convert to a Menyoo xml file (from inside Map Editor), so it can be exported to ymap? Thanks.
All the items seem misplaced and floating when i load it any fix?
@Franksteer u have to install rare house 1 xml at 1st place then modern rare house xml file hope this will help u
@meimeiriver 1 thing I don't understand is there is any problem if I convert mapeditor xml directly to ymap instead of memyoo xml to ymap through map editor
@Torreto612 The way to convert to ymap is thru the ME2YM tool. Or using CodeWalker. Both only take Menyoo spooner files. :)

So what is version 1.41, 1.46 etc
