Pray-tell, what monster card does one need for which "removes the 188 FPS limit" is a thing? :) I get ca. 140FPS on my RTX 4090 (capped to my monitor, of course). Very nice mod, though. At first I was inclined to be suspiucious, as it sounded too good to be true, LOL.
@User48432794 There was an extra umpdc.dll included, which was malicious. Doesn't show up on all scanners (yet?), but it definitely was uploaded with the fake update, and does belong to this mod. It would only ever have been run if you ran the plugin asi. Just extracting the zip should not affect anything. Should more information on this file become available, I will share it here.
Version 10.2 of this mod. uploaded 1 day ago, contained a MALICIOUS file, due to an account hack! Since it's been downloaded nearly a thousand times already, check your system for viruses, and do NOT use 10.2

Sadly, that's not possible. The old Eclipse Tower looks horrific (up-close). Its old lobby lobby looks like the inside of a slaughterhouse, where you expect meat to hang from the ceiling. It's only the version that came with mpapartment that's even ready to be made usuable.
Your dlc will not have working door audio this way. You did make a serious effort this time, though, so I will Approve it, as door audio is not vital. If you want to learn how audio is added to a dlc properly, examine, for instance, my latest Eclipse Complex mod (shameless plug) dlc on how audio is integrated properly.
