Nope. Only NativeTrainer, VehicleController, RDE, LSPDFR (with more subplugins) and OpenAllInteriors
I think appartment mods collide with OAI, tried it with Safehouse mod

@ParkYongLee TY. They both actually worked alongside each other nicely, as a matter of fact @NewTheft made his mod specifically to work with SPA and Benny's. My gut tells me, one of I'm Not Mental's updates for SPA broke it somehow. I have a starting point now for troubleshooting at least. Thanks for answering my questions.

@brendx, use Character Swap mod, so the game will think that you're the main protagonist (not NPC), but actually you're NPC.
