It's nice but the whole FBI CIA building idea is not realistic, in reality most cities like L.A for example have a federal building and it doesn't say FBI on the building and as far the CIA I have never even seen a CIA building in a city after all it's a covert organization the only one that is really known is the HQ in Langley I'm just gonna stick with the lore building since they don't exist either lol

@EaGLe09x awesome!! just a detail, in v_48_recp_det file is sign or board or what is it, on the wall which is still saying 'FIB Los Santos' ,there is alredy mod for fbi building details changing this sign, but I can't open your files with texture toolkit :/
if you would like to update this details sign is also in v_73_fib01_txd.ytd
Then you missed aswell LODs for neon signs which are in 2 files dt1_05_em_lod.ytd & dt1_05_em_slod.ytd so actually when you are a bit away, there is both FBI and FIB sign at one place

Umm, the Exterior logo’s of the buildings remain vanilla but all other logos are replaced. You may want to fix this. It may be my problem though.
