I followed the instructions given in the readme and it didn't work.
@dongles123 I think it should be in update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\
instead of
\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf
