This mod is an improved version, building upon Yard1's LSPD Buffalo all the way back from 2015, with an improved lightbar, rims and equipment.
Installation:
Add the bufstock folder to (mods) > update > x64 > dlcpacks
then navigate to (mods) > update > update.rpf > common > data, open dlclist.xml, and add dlcpacks:/flatinsurg/
