Modified Handling for KITT/Ruiner 1.0

WHY

I showcased this handling setup in a video and it was requested.

All it is, is my attempt to make KITT handle the way he did in the series.
In the series, you often see his speedometer going past 200mph. As you will see, it is often impractical . . . but it still doesn't take away the fun.
KITT was also known to drive through walls and into cars as if he were a tank.
The default handling.meta had you going off course at the slightest bump so I tried to give the car's handling the feel that it's not so easily pushed around.

HOW

This mod changes the handling values of the ruiner.
At the time of writing this up, the best KITT mod is Knight Rider Kitt 7.0 by Sersorroza, Knight Racer, & Teoadrianoj, which you can download here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/knight-rider-kitt-sersorroza-knight-racer-teoadrianoj
The Knight Rider Kitt 7.0 mod replaces the ingame ruiner with a beautifully done K.I.T.T.,
and this is why we must edit the Ruiner handling data.

INSTALLATION

To successfully install the data, you must have some knowledge of using OpenIV, and how to navigate
folders, and how to use notepad or some other text editor.

Not that realistic if you ask me, it's not like KITT/Michael drives around all the time in Pursuit Mode.

I only put it up to have a link for people who wanted it after seeing the video.

Could also use the trainer and have speed as "world fastest car" and engine boost to x200
