Installation:
-Go to mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.RPF and replace the vehicles.awc with the one you donwloaded.
Note: You can actually replace any sfx you like with Sad Trombone horn. Just right click vehicles.awc and select export to openFormats (oac.) Then find the file you exported and find the sound file named ''0x1AE3EF45''. The sound you want to replace must be a WAV file and shorter than 3 seconds.
