Hello everyone,
So this mod will make it so the vehicle handling is similar to GTA IV. The original mod was out of date and did not work. This is the updated version. The original author is obajtektsw92 and gets all credit for the original modification. I did slightly lower the collision damage for all vehicles.
INSTALLATION
UPDATE-UPDATE.RPF-COMMON-DATA
DROP FILE IN THE DATA FOLDER

@OP_coop Idont know how to add on a new car but the handling from this mod should be applied to any car file you replace. file name staying the same
if that not in all machines mass 1400.0 for example in taxi she 1900.0

update the mod to the latest version of the game, it crashes in the military base. Urgent give yourself time please
