A very small city east of Los Santos with a police department (surprising). But also with a large fleet of vehicles.
(BASED OFF MONTCLAIR PD, California)

Requirements:
Legal copy of GTA V
OpenIV
Game Config: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars


Installation:
1. Drag and drop the "elburropdretro" folder into mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Open dlclists.xml in mods>update>update.rpf>common>data
3. Make a new line and paste dlcpacks:/elburropdretro/
4. Save and you're done
