every car (except dlc cars) in the game has weaker armor and destroys it self after certain collisions. when pnj's got an incident, other pnj are panicing and this cause some cool stuff :)
installation:
Using OpenIV 2.6, select update.rpf > common > data, enter Edit Mode, drag and drop the included handling.meta file, and close.
