You need to make "Rot" texture darker which is sitting inside of "..\rmodm4gts\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\rmodm4gtsvehicles.rpf\rmodm4gts.ytd". You have to extract that texture, edit it and replace it with the old one. If you want the .ytd file so you dont need to do it yourself message me. I used "NVIDIA Texture Tools" for editing .dds files inside photoshop, but you probably can just export is as .png from openiv.

-- Fix for License Plates:
Open vehicles.meta located in "dlcpacks\rmodm4gts\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"
1. Find line "<extraIncludes />" and replace with "<extraIncludes><Item>EXTRA_1 EXTRA_2</Item></extraIncludes>"
2. Fine line "<requiredExtras />" and replace with "<requiredExtras>EXTRA_1 EXTRA_2</requiredExtras>"

You are done. EXTRA_2 is backplate, EXTRA_1 is frontplate. If you want to see only one of them remove the extra of the one you dont want spawning.

I have a problem since yesterday that I didn't have before, when I install the file in Addon or Oiv my game crashes at launch before everything was fine.
The other addons work but yours do not.
I am disappointed because they are the best addon available clearly!
