then use notepad open it,add new line

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

cant find sli? i did everything right.
1. Windshiled looks like it is absent. Here is a picture in comparison with proper windshield: http://imgur.com/a/OpNNZ Same with glasses of headlights.

Hmmm left with handling and vehicles.meta and dont know what to do with it. Mine has horrible handling and the wheels track is way to pushed in.
Got it fully installed. Handling is horrible. Sounds like a Toyota Corolla. Wheel track is off. Lights are poorly done. Project looks rushed.

My GTA crashed after I installed the add on, I follow the instruction very carefully
Adding here because it doesn't seem like anyone is going to update the README file any longer:
- the handling.meta file goes in the folder common.rpf/data
- the vehicles.meta file goes in the folder common.rpf/data/levels/gta5
The vehicle's braking stat in-game seems to be a tad lower than in the original Sultan (which this is an addon for), though it doesn't seem to show up mechanically, and it comes with bulletproof tires as default (at least in my case). Customizing the bumpers and hood break the model, and skirts, spoiler, rollcage, wheels and roof either clip through or don't quite fit.
Anyway, it is good enough.
giving the vehicles.txt instead of giving vehicles.meta would be better, as I have other mods installed using vehicles.meta :(
