You should hotpatch the wheels as it looks like they're directly from Allen's Torrence. L1-L3 has the correct channel mapping, while L0 does not. I fixed this on my Gresley, as an example... makes the wheels not look like they're covered in decades of brake dust.

@ShaoyeBen It's been a year, and the pack is nearly complete. Alongside this, custom clothing has also been made. It's quite literally in its final stages of development and is being playtested by a select few.
