@ANONYMOUS141 If you mean GTA Online, then no I wouldn't recommend trying to use it because it would either not work or if it did work it may possibly get you banned for having "modified game files."
@blutato If you use any graphics mods, I recommend reinstalling them top to bottom including any addon OIV files or whatnot and see if that fixes it. This is usually a good fix for most visual issues.
@xAbvAllx Ki11er Sometimes turning your brightness all the way up and then all the way down and then back up again to whatever brightness you want in your display settings in GTA V will usually fix that. (If I am understanding your situation correctly.)
@ModdingWithKelvin Sorry about that. Yeah usually with NVE, you don't need this modification as long as you have the brighter emergency lights addon installed from NVE, so I am not sure how to fix the problem if you had it beforehand and this solution didn't work either. I would recommend reinstalling NVE top to bottom including the brighter emergency lights addon and usually that can fix it.
@TheDman131 Not as far as I am aware of, but if you use a graphics mod like NVR or NVE, they usually come pre-built with no adaptation if you are using their brighter emergency lights addon
@xAbvAllx Ki11er not sure but it doesn't happen to me. Might have installed it weird. Try to install it manually with the instructions i provided in the readme file and use your visualsettings.dat that you had before not mine. Use your visualsettings.dat file and then go into it in edit mode and change the things that I listed you should change for manual installation in the txt file. Hope this fixes it!
@blutato if you updated any of your other visual mods please reinstall this mod by changing the values manually again. Your other mods override these values which is why you have to redo it if you did.
@blutato that is very strange. Maybe double check the values and make sure they are exactly how they are in the readme including every digit even repeated 0's. They are very important
