    for those who have trouble loading the menu. just download the new update for scripthook v by alexandar. it is up now. the menu works fine as any other mods. The only thing missing is just the lowriders and new weapons in the lowrider dlc update

    for installing vehicle mods (such as YTD), i understand i have to input them using OPENIV. But do i replace the old rpf files, and then put the new ones in? the how do i put it so that the mod manager can turn it off? i watched your videos, and i feel you did not go over those kind of files
