Doesn't seem to work with NVE?
Dont install this, police cars don't even replace and there seems to be no way of uninstalling

I feel like this doesn't work... I installed it corrrectly, but gangs don't seem violent, in the areas of ballas and families i only see a couple members out and sometimes 1 car, sometimes none, the beach looks normal with no nudity, I've not seen any police bikes or K9's, everything just seems normal
