nevermind turns out the oiv is a zip file..
usually you can just import any singleplayer vehicle into fivem in 3 easy steps. 1 copy yft and ytd files to stream folder 2 copy vehicles.meta and if available handling.meta carcols.meta carvariations.meta to data folder 3. add fxmanifest.lua done... but not here.. nope ...
I figured it out you need to also add mapbuilder to fivem

hey vans why does this have an aventador and a raptor2017 besides the laferrari ? and how does this file have 1.2 million downlods ??
@S4n70 well I used OPEN VI to look inside the file and there are 3 models in it... when trying to use with fivem they each load but the textures are all messed up
