@Cashmoneydvn5 I'm Assuming You have tried restarting the download, Is the Download Freezing or does it just not even start?
@Cashmoneydvn5 Enless you have a slow PC it shouldn't take that long generally 2 Hours Average on a HDD, Steam also does not give good estimated times for GTA games in general (Dont Trust Steam Estimated Download time) Hope this helps
