@Cyron43 I never said the entire mod was a joke, it's just a funny joke ABOUT the mod so I pinned it. Obviously judging from the screenshots, people would be able to get that the comment is a joke.

Updated the mod, 1.2 should come out soon. @JacketW wait for the new update, I added different visualsettings.dat files for different types of peds. Thanks for the suggestion.
@lucasjoseph Why the hell are you roaming around low end mods complaining if you have such a great computer?
@wlupoli This mod is for good performance, not good quality. This is "EXTREME low end." there's some HD low end mods out there, but this is for the people who really want the best out of their performance.
I have good ram and gpu but my cpu is terrible and I'm playing on a laptop so it decides to run like shit :P
