@zttK i have reinstalled the whole game -> installed new mods but the problem came back.

@Freddy89gf this bug been there for some time now. you would have to disable few planes from spawning.
i am using PEV mod and gameconfig, ver 2944 and this mod is working correctly.

i've reinstalled whole gta 5 with different gameconfig and now the mod doesnt want to work. i am using PEV (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/police-pursuit-behaviour-improved) and i cant talk with NPCs.

@castilo i installed it on a fresh GTA 5 2944 and it works

so I also have noticed that the Cargobob heli has changed? I only have ENT and this mod and my cargobob is broken. I cannot use the hook and there should be 4 different kinds of them but which ever I choose I always spawn the same one. somethings broken. do you think its the Enchanced Native Trainer issue or is it this mod?

the mod works fine, i can see more pedestrians on the streets and just generally more "life". the only problem i've got is whenever im walking or even worse, sprinting towards pedestrians then they are getting scared too quickly. like they see me running in front of them and they jump to the side but im few meters away from them. any tips to fix that?

@zttK where is that option though? :D

been working fine but suddenly my GTA stopped working because of
"Siren setting log creation failed"

what could be the issue? I haven't installed anything new. Tried updating the files but didnt help.
