Much more realistic now, thank you ! But, as you said, it is still too "chaotic" on highways. Is there a way to fix this ?

I have two questions for you :
    - Does it work with TrackIR ?
    - Does it work outside vehicles ?
Thank you anyway for your work ! ;)

@GravelRoadCop Unfortunately, I can't try your V3.0 for the moment (no PC), but according to the screenshots, the corona effect seems much more realistic now ! Can't wait to try it ! I'll follow your updates with attention until full release !
Thank you for the work ! Keep it up ! ;)

@Break Here is what I found to fix the dipped/full beam problem. Hope it will help.

    In visualsettings.dat, go to
    car.headlights.fullbeam.CoronaIntensityMult 2.0
    car.headlights.fullbeam.CoronaSizeMult 2.0
And change values from 1.0 to 2.0 for both lines.

    Ok thank you.
For now I prefer not to use graphics.ytd. The corona effect makes me sick the way it is... Can't wait the next update to see the improvements.
In my opinion, visualsettings.dat is enough and is a real enhancement comparing to the vanilla settings. :)

@juiceproductions Ok ! Thank you for the explanation ! Does it mean that the only feature provided by graphics.ytd in this mod is the corona ("rays") effect around lights ? Or does it enhanced anything else ?
I ask it because the modded file is only responsible for the corona effect, i'll replace it by the vanilla graphics.ytd, which is more realistic imo. :)

@GravelRoadCop Happy to read that you'll get rid of the weird (not to say ugly) cartoonish-christmas-tree-style rays on the lights ! That feature ruins your entire mod ! :/

@JWillMac51 You where right ! With this mod (thank you Netman) no need to reduce the LED brightness value ! The yellowish light is replaced by the red, and this is stunning ! ;)
Thank you for the tip !

    @juiceproductions Yes... So what ? Did I miss something ? I don't understand your point ! ^^

For those who love this mod (thank you GravelRoadCop) but are upset by some of its (strange) features, I brought some changes to it. Here are the things I found weird :

1/ Red interior light (I know it's realistic for police cars, but not for civilian ones, so I decided to apply vanilla color) : To do so, open visualsettings.dat, go to :
    car.interiorlight.color.red 1.00
    car.interiorlight.color.green 1.00
    car.interiorlight.color.blue 0.70
And change values as above (default values).

2/ No difference between dipped and ful-beam headlights, when looking directly at them : In visualsettings.dat, go to
    car.headlights.fullbeam.CoronaIntensityMult 2.0
    car.headlights.fullbeam.CoronaSizeMult 2.0
And change values from 1.0 to 2.0 for both lines.

3/ Car indicators always on, even for parked ones (I don't see the point of such a feature...) : In visualsettings.dat, go to
    car.indicator.day.emissive.off 0.30
    car.indicator.night.emissive.off 0.003
    And apply values as above.

4/ Yellowish LED lights on Police Stanier (+ too bright by night/rainy weather) : No real solution for this one, the LED seem to be yellow whatever you do. But I noticed that the brighter the LED is tweaked, the more yellow it appears in game. So my change consists in lowering the values of the LED lights emission. I know it sounds at the opposite of the author's point of view, but try it, and find what setting fits you better. To do so, go to
    car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 70.50
    car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 10.50
and set the values as you prefer. Above are my settings, I think that it is a good compromise between bright LED and red LED. Indeed, it allows to have bright lights by day/night, but it doesn't dimmer all the screen and allow you to see where you are driving.

Feel free to give your opinions.

Don't forget to make back up. ;)
