@Pmk980 There is a four door model but that would be the quad cab in which is just a club cab but with doors. And at the same time, there really isn't a lot room for NPC's to fit.
For those who have mentioned that the add-on version was not working at all, someone from GTAinside was able to create a fix. I apologize for this issue since I don't much understand on compiling the dlc.rpf. I will contact the author to implement the fix in mine if possible. @BKDeath2012 If from the sources I'm seeing is true then yes. FYI to all, I don't create mods, I pay someone else to create it for me and then I release them to the public. The truck's glass may not break correctly. The problem has been a bug on Zmodelor3 from what I was told and I don't know if that issue has been fixed.
@MeanMachinist Sorry if I had you confused with two downloads. Ever since this site (I don't know when) changed the layout and updated a few options, I was trying to figure out how to remove version 1.4. But now that has been taken care of.
Due to the OpenIV developers receiving a cease and desist from Rockstar's parent company Take-Two as of June 14, 2017, the tool has been shut down and futher plans of other Ram truck mods has been halted. The truck will still receive its final patches as said. Hopefully there is a successor to OpenIV.

Any updates on fixing the Viper has been postponed until futher noticed.

@Branson12 Sure. Do expect some updates in the future for this truck.
More improvements will be done to the Viper around early February 2018.

@MercedesL0ver I haven't been able to get the add-on working for me either. I don't know what is the problem.

@Bentley2016 You can't. All of these mods on this website are for PC only.
