What is the " spawn by name" ?
Not really liking the lettering on the back of their coats, seems like they did that on paint or not put any time in it

Do you use the EUP menu to put the individual items to make the outfit or do you put the outfits on in the police stations locker room??
I would of kept this car in my game if it had an interior plus hands on the wheel but unfortunately not staying.
This dosen't even work I dragged all the folders into eup-componentpeds-p.rpf\ went in the game. Didn't work.... sp then I closed the game and did it differently by opening up each folder in open IV and the hats folders and dragged them in.....Didn't work again.
