    I've been trying to install this mod all day to get it to work. Finally it works! I have Rockstar Games Launcher.
    For those who have it not working on game version 1.3570.0 (as of June 28, 2025) - try this:

    I installed ScriptHookVDotNet v3.4.0 (nightly does not work, install this one).
    And most importantly!!! Set administrator rights to the Rockstar Games Launcher itself (right click - properties - run as administrator). And the same on the GTA5.exe shortcut in the root folder of the game!
    After that, the mod started. Enjoy the game
