@N. Man Thanks. For now it is just for the three main characters. as helmets don't seem to work for other characters. I will explore more on this and try to find more peds that might support helmets.

Do u have scriptHookv2? what does it say in the console when u press F4 in game? Also there is no "vehicles.xml". There is a "VehicleLists.cfg" that u need to change. Please pm me if u want help.

No, I don't think so. But you can try this awesome alternative Agera model by dazu which works with the script :
